What countries/territories does Acqulior ship to?

We ship to most countries worldwide using Singpost’s Speedpost International Delivery Service. See country-specific shipping restrictions here.

As of 13 December 2024, we are unable to ship to countries in the European Union (EU). For a list of countries in the EU, click here.

 

Where does Acqulior ship from?

We ship from Singapore!

 

What sort of packaging does Acqulior offer?

Our packaging is made in-house, 100% recyclable/reusable and non plastic. It is our sincere hope that we create as little waste as possible, and that our clients would creatively repurpose it in a way that extends its use.

 

When will my parcel arrive?

Your orders are handled by Singpost, which ensures your order arrives at your doorstep. Parcels arrive between 

  • 4 - 10 days for Southeast Asia
  • 5 - 10 days for Australia, China, Hong Kong, Japan, New Zealand and Taiwan
  • 7 - 19 days for Europe and other countries.

 

How do I track my order?

We currently offer untracked shipping on our website. If you would like to opt for tracked mailing for local orders, please contact us at hello@acqulior.com.

We are unable to provide tracking information for international orders as our provider is Singpost, and tracking is only within Singapore.

 

Do you ship to multiple addresses?

We are only able to deliver each order to one address at the moment. We would suggest placing a separate order for each of the different addresses should you wish to send your orders to multiple addresses.

 

 

RETURNS & REFUNDS

What is your returns & refunds policy?

Our returns and refunds are assessed on a case by case basis; please reach out to us at hello@acqulior.com if you experience any issues related to your order after it has arrived.

Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of the time of your product’s arrival, and are limited to local orders. Products must be in the original, unwashed condition with all original tags and labels attached. All postal fees, customs duties and taxes for returns are to be paid for by the customer.

To request an exchange, please contact us at hello@acqulior.com and we will assist you from there.

We are currently unable to accommodate product returns & exchanges for overseas orders.

 

What do I do if the product I received is damaged / defective / incorrect?

What if the product does not fit me properly?

If the product doesn’t fit you well, we are able to provide alterations for a fee. Please reach out to us at hello@acqulior.com so alteration arrangements may be made here in our atelier specially for you.

 

The ribbons on my product have worn out. What should I do?

The ribbons we use can be found at any craft store or stationary shop should yours wear out. There is no fashion police out to get you if you decide to repurchase ribbons from a craft store, and we encourage you to mix and match to different outfits you may have with different ribbon textures and colours. We are also able to provide a ribbon replacement service starting at SGD $5 per meter of ribbon. Do reach out to us at hello@acqulior.com and we will assist you.
